Groupon right now has a Jamaica deal. $199/night for the Royal Decameron Cornwall Beach in Montego Bay with dates into December. I stayed in their sister hotel right next door last January and I had a great time. It's a 3-star resort that is a tad out-dated but perfect for the price. The dates listed in Groupon are $199. That's for two people all you can eat and drink!
The catch: The flights this summer to Jamaica are astronomical, on all airlines it seems. I would suggest going closer to December for better flight prices (but avoid rainy season October!).
