Southwest just made your life easier, and your next trip more affordable.
If you've read any of my posts before on earning flight miles without flying, One of those ways to earn is by shopping online through Southwest's shopping portal. If you're anything like me, you probably forget to go to the Southwest portal every time you buy something online. These retailers are masters at convincing you to impulse buy so it's no wonder no one remembers to enter a website through a southwest link. So, being the geniuses that they are at Southwest, they created a button you can install on your browser toolbar that you click every time you are about to buy something online. The button is connected to your Southwest account and will automatically keep track of your points. No need to wonder if the portal link worked, or where to find it, or remembering it exists.
First: Click this link to send you to the Southwest page where you can download your button.

Setting up your browser extension:
The link takes you to this page, where you just click on one button to install your browser button.
Then you click the "Add Extension" button to give Southwest permission to install
Then just log in and click that little button when you shop!
